From Cebu

You can travel from Cebu or other destinations in Visayas, flights from Mactan International Airport in Cebu to Legazpi Airport in Albay then go to Tabaco Port.

 

From International Airports

Almost all of  major international carriers make stops at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in Manila before going to porvinces. If you’re coming from outside of the Philippines, you can fly straight to Manila, then take a connecting flight to either Legazpi Airport in Albay or straight to Virac Airport in Catanduanes.
